agent takes over recurring work according to your rules. The difference from assist: assist responds when you chat – agent keeps working even when no chat is open. It knows your guidelines and retains your company’s context. When something is uncertain or important, it presents it to you as a query rather than simply doing it.

Getting started
Section titled “Getting started”- Open My Assistant and describe under “Personal Guidelines” how it should work.
- Give it a small initial task in the chat.
- Review its queries carefully – this is where you make decisions.
- Only activate automations once you understand the goal and boundaries.
