Credits & Billing

At webRichtung you pay for work completed, not for access. Billing runs on a consumption basis through your Wallet and is deliberately kept separate from your own company’s invoicing.

The model in three sentences

1. Accounts cost nothing – neither yours nor those of your users.
2. What consumes resources runs through your Wallet: telephony, document processing, media, and other cost-relevant actions.
3. The invoicing in core is something different – there you manage quotes, invoices, and payments from your customers.

Understanding Credits

Your balance runs in Credits. 1 Credit = 1 Euro net. When you self-register, you receive 7.5 Credits as a test budget. You can see your balance at any time in the dashboard under Wallet & Guthaben.

How many Credits an action consumes depends on the work completed. This includes telephony, document processing, media production, storage, and other cost-relevant actions. Before each such action, you see the price or an estimate.

Topping up credit

1. Open Wallet & Guthaben in the dashboard.
2. Select amount and interval.
3. Complete the purchase through our payment provider Digistore24.

Credit card (Visa, Mastercard, Amex), SEPA direct debit, and Klarna are available.

Note

During purchase, your account’s email address is passed to Digistore24 so that the payment is automatically assigned to your balance. Please do not change it during the order process.

All prices are net; VAT is added depending on your country.

Frequently asked questions

Do I need a subscription? No. Top up once and work purely on a consumption basis. Interval top-ups are a convenience, not a requirement.

What does a single action cost? Before each cost-relevant step, the price or an estimate is shown before you trigger it.

Does my credit expire? It is available for your use of the platform; the conditions shown to you at purchase apply.
