train

train handles training for conversations that matter: the angry caller, the tough negotiation, the difficult rejection. You practice live by voice with a challenging counterpart before you have to handle the situation in a real customer relationship.

  1. Open train and select a category, such as Service & Complaints or Sales.
  2. Open a scenario and read how your counterpart begins.
  3. Start the conversation and speak.
  4. Repeat the scenario if you want to try a different strategy.

The exercises are sorted by categories, for example:

  • Service & Complaints – the angry call, the complaint, the persistent complainer.
  • Sales – sales and negotiation situations.
  • More – additional practice areas such as leadership, negotiation, or job interviews.

Under My Training Sessions, you create exercises that fit your company:

  1. Give the training session a name.
  2. Define the greeting.
  3. In the System Prompt field, describe how your counterpart should behave.
  4. Start and refine as needed.

This way you practice the situations that actually occur in your business – with your products, your objections, your customer types.
