A webRichtung account opens up the entire agent-capable operating system: you sign in with the same email address to every module, from core to phone. Your team does too – user accounts are free.

Sign in with one-time code

No password, a one-time code by email:

1. Open the module via its official link, such as phone.webrichtung.de.
2. Enter your email address.
3. You’ll receive an email with a 6-digit code.
4. Enter the code, you’re signed in.

The code is valid only briefly and only once. If no email arrives, check your spam folder and then request a new one – for security reasons, only after a short wait.

Important for your security

Never share one-time codes – not with colleagues, not on the phone, not in chat. webRichtung will never ask you for a code.

Switch between modules

In the top right of the header is the product switcher (“webRichtung Produkte”). Use it to jump directly to another module without signing in again.

Account and team

Your account belongs to your organization. Depending on your role, you’ll see personal settings, team functions, and the areas enabled for your work. If you manage access, it’s worth a regular check:

1. Who really needs access?
2. Does the role fit the task?
3. Are former members removed?
4. Is it clear who makes business decisions?
