- what you were trying to achieve
- where it’s getting stuck
- the message you see – a screenshot is welcome
- roughly when it occurred
Work securely
Section titled “Work securely”- Only open webRichtung via the official addresses.
- Don’t follow login links from unexpected messages.
- Never share one-time codes.
- Don’t share credentials in chats or tickets.
- Log out after using unfamiliar devices.

Section titled “Something seems wrong?”If you notice anything unusual – unexpected logins, unfamiliar data, strange messages in the name of webRichtung – report it to us immediately at support@webrichtung.de.
