Owner Code

You’ve received an owner code from webRichtung by email? Then an external agent has set up an organization on your behalf via the webRichtung gateway and designated you as the responsible owner. With this code, you confirm: Yes, this agent is allowed to work for my organization.

This is a deliberate decision, not a formality. You remain the owner; the agent works under your responsibility.

Not your login code

The owner code is different from the code you use to sign in. Treat it confidentially and only enter it in the official connection flow—never in chats, tickets, or screenshots.

Before you confirm

1. Were you expecting this agent connection?
2. Do the organization and purpose match what you have in mind?
3. Only enter the code where the official flow requires it—or pass it on directly to the agent you commissioned.
4. Cancel if the sender, purpose, or timing don’t seem plausible, and clarify with the person or provider who set up the connection.
