Security & Responsibility

webRichtung performs work within your strategy, rules, and boundaries. The most important rule is simple: A human leads the organization. The modules may prepare, remind, summarize, and suggest – you make the important decision.

Pay particularly close attention when an action

  • has external impact – toward customers, applicants, or partners,
  • involves money, contracts, invoices, or reminders,
  • contains personal or confidential data,
  • changes your team, your organization, or your availability,
  • or seems implausible to you and doesn’t fit the task.

If you’re uncertain, stop the process and first clarify the purpose, sender, and expected impact.

Approvals are a safety net, not an obstacle

Section titled “Approvals are a safety net, not an obstacle”

webRichtung prepares work and shows you the context; you decide whether the suggestion fits, needs to be changed, or should be rejected. Four questions help:

  1. Do I understand what is supposed to happen?
  2. Right organization, right customer, right timing?
  3. Is the visible data complete enough?
  4. Would it be okay if this impact occurs now?

You never share one-time codes for logging in, passwords, API keys, and login links. You enter an Owner Code exclusively in the official connection flow – never via chat, ticket, screenshot, or phone. webRichtung support will never ask you for such secrets.

An Owner Code authorizes an agent connection. Only use it when you understand the connection, purpose, and expected access.

Cost-relevant functions run on your credits. Wallet, Credits, and the difference from your company’s invoicing are explained in one place: Credits & Billing.
