inbox
inbox is the unified entry point for email and messaging on the webRichtung platform. Instead of opening separate applications for both message types, you access connected email mailboxes and messaging channels in the same application.
Two areas, one inbox
Section titled “Two areas, one inbox”| Area | Purpose |

| Inbox Email | Select mailbox and folders, read, reply to, and compose emails, and open attachments |
| Inbox Messaging | Select connected messaging channels, read conversations, and write messages |
The areas remain separate so that email folders and messaging conversations keep their appropriate structure. You switch directly between both entry points using the navigation.
Reuse email attachments
Section titled “Reuse email attachments”Email attachments can be transferred to the shared document repository via documents. For example, an incoming invoice from the mailbox can be processed further and retrieved in the document storage.
Getting started
Section titled “Getting started”- Open inbox and select Inbox Email or Inbox Messaging.
- Select a connected mailbox or a connected messaging channel.
- Open a message and review the available context and attachments.
- Reply directly in the appropriate area.
