Workflow & Inbox

The workflow is your daily business in core: everything that needs to be done, known, or scheduled, in one place instead of scattered across notes, chats, and inboxes.

The task list prioritizes for you – each task has priority points, an area, a status, and a due date.

  1. Filter by area, status, or priority.
  2. Open the most important task.
  3. Review description, source, and due date.
  4. Set the status once you’ve made progress.

You create tasks yourself – or webRichtung prepares them for you, for example from a document or process.

Deadlines collects appointments and follow-ups. Each deadline knows its source, for example the document it came from. Open the source directly from the deadline before you decide.

  • Notes you organize by area, role, and status.
  • Memos are the quick form: capture briefly, sort later.
  • Links collects important references in one place.
  • Dictation records spoken input – on the go or between two appointments.

The Inbox is the central list for events, approvals, and traceable actions – everything that needs your attention.

An example: webRichtung detects a deadline signal in a document, but isn’t certain about the exact date. Instead of guessing, the operating system places the case in your Inbox – with document, reasoning, and the status approval pending. You decide.
