Customers, Contacts & Deals

The CRM keeps your business relationships together: customers, their contacts, ongoing deals and what happened most recently. The goal is a record that shows you the current status at a glance.

  1. Open CRM and select Create new customer.
  2. Enter the company name and the most important master data.
  3. Add contacts as contact persons.
  4. Open the record to see history, deals and activities.

The overview filters your customer base and shows you how many customers match and which of them are active.

A contact is a contact person with email, phone and assignment to a customer. Assign them directly to the correct record – then callbacks, quotes, invoices and notes will automatically end up in the right context later, instead of you having to search for them.

A deal is a sales opportunity from the initial idea through to closing. Create it for the relevant customer, keep value, status and next step up to date, and document the important steps. This keeps it traceable where you last left off.

Activities document what has happened around the customer and deal: the phone note, the conversation result, the event that should still make sense in three months.

For common cases, quick actions are available on the core overview: New customer, New contact, New deal and New supplier. This lets you create entries directly, without searching for the right subsection.
