Conversations: your call log
Section titled “Conversations: your call log”Conversations lists every call with date and time, the assistant that handled it, the duration, the caller number (and name, if known), and a summary. The summary tells you in a few sentences what the call was about and what was agreed upon – you don’t need to have listened to the call. Using Entries per page you control how many calls you see at once.
Contacts: your phone book
Section titled “Contacts: your phone book”Under Contacts, phone collects your callers – with number, name, last call, and the most recent summary. This way you have the context ready before every callback. Using the actions in the list, you open and edit entries, for example to give a number a name.
