Calendar & Appointment Booking
With a connected calendar, phone also handles appointment booking: Your phone assistant can offer callers available appointments and book them. You set up the calendar connection in the configuration of the respective assistant.
Connect Calendar
Section titled “Connect Calendar”- Open Configuration and select the assistant that should book appointments.
- Open the calendar connection section.
- Connect the desired calendar and save.
Once the assistant has access to your availability, it can suggest suitable appointments and book them during the conversation.
